HELPERS & HEALERS
This program is designed for helpers & healers who might be facing burnout, chronic fatigue, secondary trauma, lack of motivation, and more.
Helpers and healers are teachers, medical professionals, parents, caretakers, and others who spend their energy assisting others in growth and healing.
In this summer session we will use science based research and yoga therapy tools to understand how to rest and reset your body and mind. This work will benefit you and those you serve at work or home.
You can join these sessions live or attend at your own pace.

- Access to all of The Playground and The Kids' Playground sessions from June 1- August 10.
- Pre-recorded offerings with home practices on healing stress and anxiety through the koshas (body, breath, mind, intuition, and spirit).
- One private 45 minute yoga therapy session with Nichole Studd to help empower you to refine your personal tools for your next steps forward.
- Certificates for up to 22 contact hours will be available for your professional organization.
